Oak Barn for Little Park Flowers

We were approached by the architect Kate Cooper from Absolute Architects to assist with the oak frame design and build for this prestigious project. The remit was for a large oak frame barn to house an office, stores and workshop/arranging area. The design was interesting as it basically required a slightly asymmetric frame whilst maintaining a clear interior space. We managed to come up with a structural frame that both looked good and worked well and built this along with a couple of garage and utility buildings on the same site. We worked with a great company, AG Builders who did all the groundworks and general building elements including the fitting out of the new buildings and have gone to provide other oak frames for projects where they have been the main contractor.
The owner was delighted with the project and it has gone on to be a thriving flower and plant business.
