Oak Framed Extension, Garage and porch

The clients wanted to extend the rear of their home in Chieveley to create a dinning room, games room and lounge that was open to both the kitchen and accessible via a set of bi-fold doors from the existing lounge.
The design we came up with had a central vaulted roof with a flat roof section either side creating the three zones in a natural and totally open plan structure with bi-fold doors out into the garden.
We obtained planning permission and provided a turnkey service for the client.
